ph34's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph34 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph34 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph34 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

ph34 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve it within thirty (30) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of ph34's internal process, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels available under Philippine law.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
